Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional listening skills are essential for understanding each guest’s unique preferences and needs. Your role involves discerning and accommodating their specific desires to tailor a personalized experience.
- Provide detailed information about prominent landmarks and their historical significance.
- Offer guidance on shopping opportunities, including high-end boutiques and local market bargains.
- Recommend top dining establishments for both local and international cuisines.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests at all times, including assisting with shopping, negotiating prices when appropriate, and safeguarding against any potential exploitation.
- Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and discover unique treasures and lesser-known attractions that are typically not included in standard tourist itineraries.
Qualifications / Selection Criteria:
Applicants must be between 21 and 59 years of age.
Previous experience in the tourism sector, such as a tour guide or roles within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel front desk, cabin crew, restaurant service), is required.
Candidates must demonstrate honesty, reliability, respectfulness, be LGBT friendly, and possess excellent proficiency in English.
