Your adventure begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. One of the world’s most thrilling airports. From here, the trek officially starts. Over the next 12 days, you gradually make your way through Sherpa villages, pine forests, suspension bridges, monasteries, and eventually the high-altitude landscapes leading to Base Camp. The itinerary is designed to help your body adjust safely, with two acclimatisation days included in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche. These breaks are crucial for inexperienced trekkers, giving you time to adapt, recover, and explore at a comfortable pace.

Kathmandu → Lukla → Phakding – Day 1 (3–4 hrs, 8 km).
Phakding → Namche Bazaar – Day 2 (6–7 hrs, 10 km).
You cross suspension bridges and climb steadily to reach the famous Sherpa town of Namche.
Acclimatisation – Namche Bazaar – Day 3 (3–4 hrs, 5 km).
A short hike to Everest Viewpoint helps your body adjust to the altitude.
Namche Bazaar → Tengboche – Day 4 (5–6 hrs, 9 km).
A scenic route leading to the Tengboche Monastery, with stunning views of Everest, Ama Dablam and Lhotse.
Tengboche → Dingboche – Day 5 (5–6 hrs, 11 km)**.
You enter more open valleys and gain elevation steadily.
